Bathroom Cabinet Production Process

1. Pick:
Observe the color and age of the wood with the naked eye. According to the number of bathroom cabinets produced in this batch, select suitable materials for different parts of use. Generally, the appearance is neat and the color is beautiful and consistent. The surface part of the cabinet is used to make the surface part of the cabinet. The nodes should be treated with special processes (for example, the nodes should be filled with professional filling materials before they can be used for the production of bathroom cabinets) and used on the back of the cabinet or other inconspicuous parts; if any deterioration, deformation or insects are found The moth condition is discarded to ensure the consistency of the quality of the bathroom cabinet.

2. Cutting:
According to the professional production workbook (customized products according to the specially drawn drawings), according to the specific mold, the required materials for different parts are cut into different sizes.
3. Sanded:
The open wood is ground to remove burrs and residual bark and scratches on the surface. This procedure will be repeated many times during the production process.

4. Drilling:
Use a variety of professional tools such as professional and precise bench drills to pre-drill the structural installation holes in the wood. The sub-process is professionally designed to ensure that no installation holes can be seen on the surface of the installed bathroom cabinet.
5. Splicing:
The imported raw materials are generally about 1000*60*20MM of wood strips. To make the side panels, door panels, bottom plates and other parts of the bathroom cabinet, you must go through the "stitching" process. The stitching is a process that pays attention to craftsmanship and production accuracy. , First of all, the selected and polished woods of the same size are placed side by side in a specific mold, and the parts that need to be spliced are coated with glue boards, and then the professional clamps are used to press and fix from the surrounding and up and down at the same time, and keep it for more than 24 hours. Yes; at the same time, in the process of splicing, if there are large surfaces such as the bottom plate, professional engineers will calculate and slot according to the force area and the coefficient of expansion and contraction to prevent the cabinet from being deformed in future use (principle: the joints of the rails and the Grooving on cement pavement).

6. Polishing:
The assembled cabinets are polished multiple times with a professional polishing machine. The polishing machine includes a flat polishing machine, a special-shaped polishing machine, a spherical polishing machine, an irregular polishing machine and a manual polishing machine for processing different shapes of wood. There are special classifications of primary polishing and fine polishing in the polishing machine at the same time. The polishing wheel used/has the difference between thickness and material, and the functions are as follows:
A to remove the jigsaw glue;
B to remove small burrs on the wood surface;
C Polishing and checking whether the surface of the panel is straight or not;
D Polishing along the wood grain makes the wood texture more three-dimensional;
E Easy to paint, etc.
7. Cut out:
The wood board that has gone through the previous steps has already taken shape, but it needs to go through the "cutting" process to become a component of the bathroom cabinet. This process requires extremely high precision, and the errors between the various components of the bathroom cabinet are less than It is calculated in units of millimeters, so it is required to measure the part after the splicing, and cut off the parts that do not meet the needs to meet the requirements of installation after painting. Error; (the size ratio of bathroom cabinets is determined after repeated trial production by designers and experts, to ensure that the appearance ratio and practical functions have reached a high level, and once the style is determined, it will not be easily changed)

8. Paint:
The use of professional polyester paint ensures that it is insect-proof and waterproof in terms of use requirements; the unique and generous color is a key to maintaining a high level in the market. It is divided into primer and topcoat, which needs to be done four times in total. The function of primer is to seal the pores of the wood, fix the color, and remove small wood thorns. The color of the cabinet is also waterproof and insect-proof. It takes a long time to paint. For the sake of personal quality, the painting process cannot be simplified to shorten the production time, so the painting process of a set of bathroom cabinets is more than 3 days. The paint workshop has strict operating procedures, especially the topcoat workshop. Because the topcoat must be assembled after it is dry, it is required that there should be no dust in the workshop, and all topcoat workshop workers must wear masks.
9. Pack:
Assemble the parts after the paint has dried on a professional installation table, and check whether the cabinet has any problems with size, installation and paint. After assembly, wrap it in plastic wrap and pack it in a box and fix it with a large-sized wooden crate outside the carton.
